Classroom Accessibility
The Office of the Registrar controls the procedure for scheduling classrooms and classroom accessibility requests. The form is used to show that you are a student registered with CDAR and are entitled to classroom access. Classrooms will be assigned after registration is completed.
Make an Accessibility Request
- Download the Classroom Accessibility Form or visit The Center for Disability Access and Resources at the Bruce M. Pitman Center, Suite 127, to pick up a copy.
- Complete the form and meet with a member of the CDAR staff to obtain approval and needed signature.
- CDAR will fax the form to the Office of the Registrar and keep the original on file.
